Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfies with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange.
Refund
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition.
Exchange
Please use the contact form to request an exchange. All exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in a new and unused condition.
Restrictions
Please note we will not accept any returns or exchanges for Seed Bombs (Wildflowers or pollinators).
Local Deliveries
We Deliver! Delivery is eligible on all orders. Please fill out the following Delivery Form and email the finished form to cozycraftershop@gmail.com.
We Currently only deliver to the North Little Rock and Sherwood area. Please note that all deliveries are charged an additional $4.00.
Customization
We welcome you to send us your logos or ideas, so that we can customize your order. Our customized orders take time, we ask that you allow for seven (7) business days in order for us to send you a draft of your design.
The max customizable t-shirt order that we can fulfil at this time is ten (10) shirts or sweaters. Smaller items such as makeup bags, hats, and pouches are limited to fifteen (15).
Please note that each customizable orders are unique, and depending on the time and materials needed prices may vary.
